About the Role

Key responsibilities include developing detailed end‑to‑end construction schedules, integrating data from vendors and contractors, and ensuring schedule integrity across multiple sources. The scheduler will perform critical‑path and risk analyses, produce regular progress and look‑ahead reports, and enforce project planning and scheduling procedures while adhering to SOX controls when required. • Travel regularly to the Rayville construction site and collaborate daily with stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors. • Build and maintain end‑to‑end construction schedules using Primavera P6 and visualize data with Tableau. • Integrate schedule inputs from vendors, engineers and contractors into a master schedule and produce status reports. • Implement and enforce project planning and scheduling procedures for both company and contractor teams. • Perform critical‑path, risk and probabilistic trend analyses and generate 1‑, 3‑ and 6‑month look‑aheads. • Monitor schedule performance, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with SOX controls where applicable. • Support an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for mission‑critical data‑center projects. • Produce concept‑level schedules from limited data and manage multiple schedule inputs. • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers and contractor teams.

The firm is hiring a Senior Scheduler for a major data‑center construction project in Rayville, Louisiana. The role requires full‑time on‑site presence Monday‑Friday and is ideal for candidates near Monroe, LA or those willing to relocate, with a per‑diem available for relocators. The scheduler must quickly adapt to a fast‑paced environment, support both project‑level scheduling and Integrated Master Schedule coordination, and work independently while maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors. Qualified candidates will have extensive Primavera P6 experience, familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules, and preferably background in mission‑critical or data‑center construction. Additional expectations include strong knowledge of vertical building and MEP sequencing, proficiency with Tableau, advanced Excel and Power BI, excellent communication skills, and a BS degree in Engineering, Business or a related field; PSP or EIT certification is preferred. • Demonstrate strong Primavera P6 expertise, including baseline creation, variance tracking and reporting. • Apply knowledge of vertical building construction, MEP systems and commissioning sequencing. • Utilize Tableau, advanced Excel and Power BI for analysis, dashboarding and reporting. • Hold a BS in Engineering, Business or related field; PSP (AACE) or EIT certification preferred.
