About the Role

The specialist will manage sales opportunities, develop strong customer relationships, collaborate with service operations, engineering, and digital teams, and ensure proposals align with Hitachi Energy processes. They will also handle contract renewals, upselling, forecasting, and market monitoring while adhering to health, safety, quality, and ethics policies. • Identify and pursue service sales opportunities within the Irish install base. • Promote and sell maintenance contracts, upgrades, retrofits, spare parts, and digital services. • Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with customers. • Generate leads, prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. • Collaborate with Service Operations, Engineering, and Digital teams for robust solutions. • Manage contract renewals, upselling, cross‑selling, and pipeline forecasting using CRM tools. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to uncover new business. • Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy health, safety, quality, and ethics standards.

What You Bring
