About the Role
• Manage upstream and downstream contracts and commercial activities in a timely manner • Liaise with internal and external contacts • Optimise commercial outcomes for rollingstock projects • Act as commercial representative for allocated projects • Proactively manage risks and opportunities • Oversee progress claims, forecasting, financial and project reporting

What You Bring
The position requires strong relationship‑building, interpersonal skills and commercial acumen to drive project success. The role is full‑time and permanent, based primarily at the Brisbane CBD office with occasional travel and on‑site work at Ormeau. • 8+ years experience in contracts management • Experience in rollingstock, construction, engineering or manufacturing • Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Law, Business Commerce or related field • Strong negotiation and influencing skills in complex environments • Proven problem‑solving and process‑improvement abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels
