About the Role
• Develop, manage, and implement engineering analyses, activities, and programs. • Identify and resolve equipment and system problems through direct technical consultation. • Manage engineering tasks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. • Apply engineering principles and adhere to codes, standards, and configuration management. • Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses for technical projects. • Recommend equipment, concepts, and techniques to improve performance and reduce costs. • Participate in emergency response, department coverage, outage support, and other assigned duties.

What You Bring
The position involves advanced technical and engineering problem solving to support nuclear plant operations, requiring sound technical decisions and deep knowledge of industry codes and regulations. The role demands expertise in functional disciplines and practical application of engineering principles. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, civil/structural, electrical, industrial, mechanical, or nuclear) with at least five years of nuclear or related engineering experience, and compliance with access and medical requirements for the role. Preferred qualifications are a Professional Engineer registration, an advanced technical degree or related coursework, six or more years of experience in PRA model development or application, and an SRO license or certificate.
