We’re excited to offer a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor / Batcher, supporting our Concrete Operations in Tamworth. In this role you’ll work closely with the Concrete Plant Manager, acting as their second‑in‑command to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. We value a passion for safety, results‑driven mindset, strong communication, and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers, with confidence in computers and prior batching experience viewed favorably. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the position provides outstanding career development opportunities and hands‑on experience in concrete production, quarry materials, plant operations, batching, scheduling and logistics. It is a full‑time role, Monday to Friday, with overtime and occasional Saturday work as required, and flexible start and finish times. The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering remarkable customer service, enjoys multitasking, and can make quick, effective decisions under pressure. Natural problem‑solving abilities, teamwork, and an interest in planning and troubleshooting are essential, while previous concrete batching experience and a front‑end loader ticket or HR licence are advantageous but not mandatory. • Demonstrate strong communication and customer‑service focus. • Multi‑task, make quick decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively. • Previous concrete batching experience preferred; training provided if needed. • Front‑end loader ticket and HR licence advantageous. • Confidence with computers and willingness to learn new systems.
