About the Role
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify installation of energy projects are consistent with designs and scopes of work • Conduct energy analysis and whole building modeling (simulations) • Perform energy audits for commercial customers to determine potential energy efficiency improvements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed the customer's expectations • Draft and implement Measurement and & Verification Plans, including field instrumentation and meter deployment • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines and client expectations • Deliver high quality reports requiring minimal quality control efforts • Identify operations and maintenance energy savings opportunities in buildings

What You Bring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management and organizational skills • AEE, IEEE, ASHRAE, ASME, etc. certifications are a plus • Engineering experience: entry level • Ability to work independently as well as the ability to work in a team atmosphere to collaborate with multiple stakeholders • Aptitude for communicating (written and oral) technical and program concepts to clients, contractors, consumers, and other interested people or organizations • Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities, collect and document project requirements, successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional organizational, time-management and planning skills • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a proactive and collaborative style that works well in teams • Excellent computer skills: proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies • Bachelor's in mechanical or electrical engineering • Ability to be a quick and eager learner of new material and think holistically through complex problems, with technical and non-technical components • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with key stakeholder groups • Experience with energy modeling software a strong plus • Valid driver's license; position entails travel.
