About the Role
The Regional Sales Executive will generate profitable, incremental revenue within an assigned geography by meeting or exceeding customer expectations. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with manufacturers, site owners, third‑party management firms, engineering and consulting firms, general contractors, and other stakeholders to support customers' strategic plans. Service offerings include industrial services, field services, emergency response, site remediation, waste transportation and disposal, and related project engagements. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a robust sales funnel, seeking new opportunities across the full suite of environmental solutions, and expanding revenue with existing accounts. The executive will develop detailed account plans, use CRM daily to track activities, and stay informed on market and competitive trends to anticipate customer needs. They must also maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's services and pricing, complete required agreements and reports promptly, and travel weekly with occasional overnight stays.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a proven track record of generating new business in the environmental field, strong technical expertise in environmental solutions and regulatory compliance, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high‑quality presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to produce error‑free work in a fast‑paced environment are essential. A minimum of five years of relevant waste or industry experience combined with at least two years of direct, customer‑facing selling experience is required. Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to meet clients and attend industry expos, conferences, and networking events as needed.
