About the Role
The role supports skilled craft workers by performing assigned duties and, when needed, assisting in other trades appropriate to the employee’s training and skill level. The employee must follow direction from foremen or higher‑skilled workers and contribute to the crew’s overall productivity. • Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, transport, storage, and time. • Consult a supervisor if unsure about work tasks or safety practices. • Learn and understand all job‑related safety hazards. • Safely operate and use required tools and equipment. • Maintain positive relationships with crew members. • Deliver high‑quality work safely and productively. • Ensure necessary materials, tools, equipment, and information are available. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend as needed. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, and feel objects. • Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood frameworks, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions. • Participate in Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k) retirement programs.

What You Bring
This position is classified as safety‑sensitive, requiring strict adherence to safety standards and the use of personal protective equipment. Physical demands include frequent reaching, lifting up to 50 lb, climbing ladders or scaffolds, and working up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions. • Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately. • Hold NCCER Core Curriculum certification or a high school diploma (preferred). • Possess 1‑3+ years experience in industrial/commercial construction (levels I‑III preferred). • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. • Wear required PPE (steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest). • Frequently reach above shoulder height and below waist level.
