The Scaffold (Swing Stage) Hoist Technician role is a specialized electromechanical position focused on the repair, reconditioning, and annual certification of high‑stakes swing stage hoist motors. This position ensures safety‑critical systems operate correctly for major construction and industrial projects across North America. Key duties include servicing equipment, performing safety inspections, conducting preventive maintenance, keeping the shop clean, and meeting all company, governmental, and equipment safety requirements. Technicians also handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. • Perform equipment service and repairs to ensure safe operation. • Conduct safety inspections and annual certifications of swing stage hoist motors. • Execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. • Keep the shop and work environment clean and organized. • Ensure compliance with company, governmental, and equipment safety standards. • Complete additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

What You Bring
