What You Bring
Successful candidates demonstrate strong communication and customer‑service skills, are proficient with basic Windows‑based computer applications, and are organized enough to meet deadlines. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related leasing experience are required. The role operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, and may require occasional travel between properties in varying weather. Physical demands include standing, walking, and navigating stairs, with up to 5 % travel time. • Communicate effectively and deliver high‑quality customer service. • Utilize basic Windows computer applications. • High school diploma, GED, or vocational training required. • Minimum 1 + year of leasing or related experience.
