About the Role
The incumbent will own all aspects of the product portfolio, managing financial plans such as orders, revenue, and margin through data‑driven daily management and problem‑solving. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from strategic planning and definition to launch, growth, and end‑of‑life—while building a multi‑year roadmap with cross‑functional teams and evaluating new product opportunities. Annual growth and margin targets will be set and tracked, and Voice‑of‑Customer insights will shape messaging, positioning, and differentiated value propositions. • Manage full product lifecycle from planning to end‑of‑life. • Develop multi‑year roadmap using market analysis and new product evaluation. • Set annual growth and margin targets; track performance with monthly metrics. • Conduct Voice‑of‑Customer research to refine messaging and positioning. • Identify differentiated value propositions and partner with Marketing/Sales for launches. • Perform competitive analysis and pricing strategy to increase revenue and market share. • Guide Engineering on next‑gen, cost‑optimized motor designs. • Present business cases to leadership to secure alignment and resources. • Apply Regal Rexnord Business System (80/20, Continuous Improvement) in decision‑making.

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and at least eight years of commercial or product management experience in a complex B2B industrial manufacturing environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong fundamentals in market research, cost/price analysis, competitive positioning, and data interpretation using tools like PowerBI. The role calls for strategic thinking, tactical execution, high energy, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or remotely. Preferred qualifications include experience in the general motors or related industry and hands‑on application expertise. The position entails up to 25% travel, both domestically and internationally, and offers a base salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, contingent on location, experience, and other factors.
