About the Role

In this position, you will maintain tubing hanger plugs and operate running and retrieving tools such as Wellvex, CRQ, K‑plug, and L‑plug for 4”, 5”, and 7” sizes. You will coordinate third‑party repairs and periodic maintenance, redress plugs and tools—including seals, load shoulders, and shear pins—and keep detailed maintenance logbooks. Additional duties include mobilizing and demobilizing plugs to and from offshore installations, preparing tools for inspection, supporting workshop activities, and supervising technicians when required, all while ensuring quality‑control documentation is up‑to‑date. • Maintain tubing hanger plugs and run/retrieve tools (Wellvex, CRQ, K‑plug, L‑plug) for 4”, 5”, and 7” sizes. • Coordinate third‑party repairs and periodic maintenance of equipment. • Redress plugs, tools, seals, load shoulders, and shear pins/screws. • Keep detailed maintenance logbooks and equipment records. • Manage mobilization and demobilization of plugs to/from offshore installations, including inspection preparation, packing, and preservation. • Prepare tools for inspection and support workshop activities as needed. • Supervise, mentor, and lead technicians in the absence of a supervisor/manager. • Ensure compliance with quality control and assurance documentation.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree or technical diploma and possess at least three years of slickline or wireline maintenance experience in the field or workshop, particularly with GS, GR, and related running/retrieving tools. Strong communication skills, proven ability to assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot wireline/slickline plugs and tools, and competence in reading manuals, procedures, and work instructions are essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or technical diploma. • Possess minimum 3 years of slickline or wireline maintenance experience (field or workshop) with GS, GR, and related tools. • Demonstrate strong communication skills. • Experience assembling, disassembling, and troubleshooting wireline/slickline plugs and tools. • Ability to interpret manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
