Autodesk is looking for a Director of User Experience for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Data Platform. Reporting to the Vice President of Experience Design, the role will lead the mission to reimagine how customers capture, utilize, and exchange Building Information Modeling (BIM) data. The candidate must have a strategic mindset, proven global leadership experience, and a passion for design thinking to drive alignment, innovation, and product strategy. Minimum qualifications require 10+ years of experience across various UX disciplines and at least 5 years of global people‑management experience. Candidates should have a passion for data and its impact on digitalization, strong design‑thinking skills, and the ability to distill complex ideas into concise, impactful solutions. Demonstrated leadership that enables teams to meet strategic objectives, influence cross‑functional partners, and deliver UX strategies that directly improve product or platform outcomes is essential. • Possess 10+ years of UX experience with 5+ years of global people‑management responsibility. • Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional partners and champion design direction aligned with strategy. • Proven record of creating UX strategies that directly improve product/platform outcomes and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $184,300 to $298,100, plus bonuses, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.
