About the Role
The Planning Engineer position in the Real Estate department will be responsible for preparing the Master Project Schedule, tracking its progress, and notifying contractors of any delays. The role also involves creating Look‑Ahead plans, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and producing weekly and monthly progress reports and client presentations. • Prepare and maintain the Master Project Schedule using Microsoft Project. • Track schedule progress, monitor delays, and issue delay notifications to contractors. • Develop Look‑Ahead Plans for the execution team. • Coordinate cross‑functional activities to ensure smooth project execution. • Generate weekly and monthly progress reports. • Create weekly progress status presentations for the client. • Lead weekly review meetings with vendors and the client, documenting minutes of meeting.

What You Bring
