What You Bring
Qualified candidates need 8+ years of experience managing roadway projects, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, and a proven track record of winning and delivering work locally. They must understand the full lifecycle of roadway projects, have relationships with local agencies or municipalities, and possess knowledge of civil design for roads, urban freeways, and interchanges. Demonstrated ability to lead teams profitably, write proposals, scopes, and budgets is required. • Minimum 8 years of roadway project management experience and a PE license. • Proven success in winning and delivering local roadway projects. • Knowledge of full roadway project lifecycle and relationships with local agencies/municipalities. • Ability to produce proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
