About the Role
The Assembler 1 – Line 1 position assembles generator sets and sub‑assemblies, including both standard and non‑standard product lines, using hand and power tools while adhering to quality and procedural techniques. • Read, interpret, and implement mechanical instructions, drawings, schematics, and equipment for mechanical assembly duties on Line 1 HPR Units. • Cross‑train in multiple assembly and mechanical areas and assist other areas as needed. • Develop and maintain product knowledge and continuously learn job principles, practices, and processes. • Identify defective, damaged, or incorrectly sized parts and address quality issues. • Follow safety, environmental procedures, and established processes and policies. • Provide input on continuous‑improvement opportunities within the department. • Promote a compliance culture and adhere to the Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct.

What You Bring
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience using hand tools and equipment. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb frequently. • Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools. • High School Diploma or GED. • Ability to solve practical problems and handle concrete variables. • Capability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment. • Ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced setting. • Strong oral and written communication and teamwork skills. • Quality‑focused, detail‑oriented, and basic organizational abilities. • Quick learner adaptable to changing technology.
