About the Role
The Resident Project Representative II ensures that designs are built to the highest standards, works under a Design Project Manager, and leads junior staff and sub‑consultants to maintain quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This role is critical to delivering resilient infrastructure that communities can rely on for generations. • Interpret construction drawings and specifications, flagging any discrepancies. • Record daily contractor activities, labor, equipment, and material usage. • Verify construction materials comply with contract requirements. • Quantify work and prepare pay estimates for acceptance. • Lead or attend construction progress meetings. • Observe installation and acceptance testing of equipment and systems. • Identify non‑conforming work, create punch lists, and track corrections. • Compile documentation for engineer review and acceptance. • Support project audit and close‑out processes. • Operate under the supervision of a Design Project Manager. • Supervise junior Resident Project Representatives, construction inspectors, testing services, and sub‑consultants. • Provide problem‑solving solutions to engineering challenges.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction technology, or a related field and have at least five years of progressive, multidisciplinary construction experience. They should possess a solid understanding of contracts, codes, and construction software, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities. Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification is preferred. • Hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential. • Interpret construction schedules effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent experience. • Minimum five years of progressive, multidisciplinary construction experience. • Solid understanding of contracts, codes, and construction‑related laws. • Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. • Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera, or similar construction software. • No visa sponsorship available for this position.
