What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced plumber who also possesses skills in other trades to join our team and deliver a first‑class service to properties across Merton and surrounding areas. As a Multi‑Trade Operative you will be responsible for a wide variety of maintenance tasks, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, covering both specialist and secondary trades. All work must be completed efficiently and within required deadlines. The role requires a reliable professional who can provide excellent customer care, holds a valid UK driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided for work use), and can pass a basic criminal record check. Benefits

The role offers a permanent, full‑time contract of 40 hours per week, based in Merton, with a salary range of £36,000‑£41,000. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a non‑contractual London weighting allowance of £125 per month, a company van, tools, a bonus scheme and regular overtime opportunities. • Receive a salary of £36,000‑£41,000 plus £125 monthly London allowance, company van, tools, bonus scheme and regular overtime.
