About the Role

• Inspect incoming gensets for transport damage at enclosure vendor sites. • Perform scheduled storage audits to detect packaging damage and preservation issues. • Conduct pre‑production and final product audits using quality checklists. • Document inspections, create SAP Quality Notifications, and assign corrective actions. • Verify implementation of vendor 8D investigations and corrective actions. • Provide data for 8D investigations, continuous improvement, and supplier development projects. • Coordinate receipt, storage, and use of ship‑short loose parts. • Execute minor reworks and repairs with hand tools per work instructions. • Report escalated repairs requiring additional support. • Deliver timely quality data and updates to management. • Promote compliance with the Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct.
