About the Role
The Marketing Operations Program Manager in the Secure Power Division will drive product marketing innovation and shape the brand’s future. This role sits at the core of planning, performance, and financial governance for the Strategic and Portfolio Marketing organization, translating strategy into measurable commercial impact. Key responsibilities include overseeing the end‑to‑end marketing operating cadence, managing budget and financial discipline, tracking campaign performance, and enabling portfolio marketing execution. The manager will design scalable processes, tools, and communications programs to ensure rigorous execution and stakeholder alignment. • Establish and manage standardized processes for annual planning, quarterly execution, and monthly reviews • Serve as operational backbone for strategic marketing managers • Translate strategic priorities into executable programs, timelines, and dependencies • Manage marketing planning and execution tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Airtable) • Design scalable project plans, workflows, and templates • Continuously improve systems to increase speed, accuracy, and accountability • Develop and own communications program to keep stakeholders informed • Own marketing budget management, including planning, tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis • Build and maintain detailed budget models in Excel • Partner with finance and leadership to align spend with ROI expectations • Identify underperforming investments and reallocate budget accordingly • Oversee campaign performance tracking and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards • Ensure consistent measurement of pipeline contribution and campaign effectiveness • Identify performance gaps and coordinate course‑corrective actions • Support portfolio marketing execution by coordinating campaigns, timelines, and cross‑functional dependencies • Ensure portfolio programs are launch‑ready and aligned to success metrics • Act as connective tissue between portfolio strategy, execution, and reporting

What You Bring
Success in this role requires exceptional organizational discipline, strong analytical and financial modeling skills, and the ability to influence without authority. Technical expertise with Excel, Smartsheet or Airtable, and experience building dashboards are essential, as is a detail‑oriented, zero‑tolerance‑for‑ambiguity mindset. Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations or program management, preferably supporting B2B marketing in a matrixed environment, along with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field.
