Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have practical experience in a construction setting, including carpentry skills and familiarity with hand and power tools. Preferred knowledge includes modular construction methods and blueprint reading. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to safety are essential, as is the physical capacity to lift up to 60 lb, work at heights, and endure active construction environments. • Travel extensively and work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as required. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent with hands‑on construction experience. • Possess carpentry skills and familiarity with modular construction concepts. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities. • Meet physical requirements: lift up to 60 lb, work at heights, stand for long periods, and wear required PPE.
