About the Role

The Operator is responsible for periodic inspection of produced parts and ensuring the production of quality components while maintaining a clean and orderly work area. In a typical day, the operator loads coils, tends and services machines on a continuous line that produces finished boxes, monitors automatic transfers between machines and stations, clears stoppages, changes taps, refills lubricant or compound tanks, oils required areas, and performs sorting or salvage of parts. The role also includes setting up the line as needed. • Inspect parts periodically to ensure quality. • Load coils and operate continuous production line machines. • Monitor and clear stoppages in tracks and dies. • Change taps and replenish lubricant or compound tanks. • Sort and salvage parts during line operation. • Perform line set‑up functions.
