About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role oversees all leasing, marketing and resident‑relation activities for a property, including showing units, processing applications, handling complaints, and supporting retention programs. • Show, lease, and move‑in prospective residents; qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork, conduct lease audits, and assist with unit turnover. • Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and requests. • Develop and execute resident retention initiatives such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Contribute to office, common area, and model unit upkeep and cleaning. • Assist with annual marketing plan implementation and ongoing market surveys. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service‑request response times, and uphold community policies.

What You Bring

• Require high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. • Physical ability to walk, climb ladders or stairs, lift or move objects up to 25 lb, and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions, including overtime, weekends, and extreme temperatures.
