About the Role
What You'll Be Doing: As a static M&E Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated sites. • Perform electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) • Test emergency lighting and fire alarm systems • Carry out basic plumbing and fabric maintenance • Conduct fault finding and general repairs • Deliver autonomous, high‑quality technical services • Participate in a 1‑in‑4 week on‑call rota

We are looking for someone who is proactive, self‑sufficient, and confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems. • Hold a valid 18th Edition electrical qualification • Possess a valid UK driving licence • Have proven experience in a similar M&E role • Demonstrate strong communication and problem‑solving skills • Understand health and safety protocols • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2365 in Electrical Installation • F‑Gas certification • IOSH Working Safely qualification • Experience with basic plumbing and fabric maintenance
