About the Role

• Provide administrative support to senior executives, including the Executive Vice President, Finance, and another senior leader. • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, calls, and travel logistics. • Arrange travel and accommodations. • Track, prepare, and submit monthly expense reports for reimbursement. • Format information for internal and external communications such as emails, presentations, and reports. • Take minutes during meetings. • Offer backup support to other Executive Assistants. • Perform Notary Public duties as required. • Collaborate with team members to plan meetings and company events.

What You Bring
