Cost Consultant – Data Center Construction

About the Role

• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets covering labour, materials, equipment and services. • Perform comprehensive cost analysis and forecasting to keep projects within budget. • Identify potential financial risks and create mitigation strategies. • Prepare and present detailed cost reports and progress updates to project managers and stakeholders. • Collaborate with project teams, procurement and contract management to provide cost control and planning advice. • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in project design and execution. • Engage and manage third‑party quantity surveyors and validate construction cost estimates. • Update and maintain a repository of historical cost data for future projects. • Define and track cost performance metrics, leading monthly cost reporting and analysis. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Benefits
