About the Role
The UK Mobilization Leader is responsible for safe, efficient and quality mobilization of assets to customer locations, leading a mobilization and certification team to plan and organise resources for on‑time delivery of equipment and consumables. This office‑based role involves site and client interaction, occasional travel between bases, and coordination with supply chain, logistics and offshore supervision. • Ensure compliance with mobilization/demobilization process flow and PPS P&M AMO procedures. • Plan long, medium and short‑range equipment resource requirements. • Maintain strong relationships with supply chain and logistics to optimise equipment utilisation. • Update Maximo planning to track outward equipment and maintain consumable registers (e.g., hoses, fittings). • Manage off‑hire of rental items and ensure all equipment is returned, accounted for and logged. • Oversee segregation of duties and control of perishable consumables such as LN2. • Serve as the primary contact for instrumentation vendors and attend operational huddles and weekly meetings. • Provide point‑to‑point support to offshore supervision during mobilization, execution and demobilisation. • Support Account Project Managers and Order‑to‑Cash team during commercial close‑out and contractual requirements. • Mentor team members through one‑to‑one sessions, performance development plans and on‑call rota participation. • Drive continual improvement within the AMO team through efficiency gains, personnel growth and process changes. • Maintain exemplary record‑keeping, attention to detail and an excellent safety attitude.

What You Bring
• Possess industry experience (minimum) with relevant AMO background; Maximo knowledge is advantageous. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, self‑starting capability and proficiency in MS Office.
