Part Time Security Associate

About the Role

• Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire, safety hazards, or threats to life/property. • Patrol interior and perimeter to identify potential security risks. • Manage communications and alarm systems, coordinating maintenance of life‑safety equipment. • Conduct periodic and random inspections to protect property from theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents. • Maintain inspection reports, advise management of deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions. • Investigate security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities; prepare detailed reports with statements from involved parties. • Provide outstanding guest/owner service, including answering inquiries, giving directions, delivering packages, and solving problems. • Assist management and teammates with various tasks, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility.

What You Bring

We are seeking a Part‑Time Security Associate for DRI Orbit One Villas to ensure the safety and security of resort owners, guests, and team members. • Perform basic first aid and CPR when needed. • Ability to patrol for 8‑9 hours and work varied shifts. • Strong customer‑service orientation with friendly guest interaction. • Prior security or customer‑service experience, computer proficiency, and strong written/reporting skills. • Preferred: hotel experience, military or law‑enforcement background, and current First Aid/CPR certification.
