About the Role
A Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The driver ensures the vehicle complies with safety standards, follows all company, state and federal regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects promptly. The driver performs thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, checks tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls, and reports any safety issues. They follow the route sheet, load and compact refuse, and transport it to the designated disposal site while adhering to company safety policies. Interaction with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers is courteous and professional to ensure timely service. Additional duties include tagging unsatisfactory containers, monitoring waste for violations, cleaning spills, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and completing required reports and productivity sheets.

What You Bring
