About the Role

The haul truck operator is responsible for transporting material safely and efficiently using haul trucks and related mobile equipment. This includes performing pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, following haul‑road rules and site procedures, and coordinating with loadout, crusher, and pit personnel to meet production goals while adapting to road, weather, and site conditions. • Operate haul trucks and related mobile equipment to transport aggregates. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑operation equipment inspections and report conditions. • Follow haul‑road rules, traffic patterns, and site safety procedures. • Coordinate with loadout, crusher, and pit teams to achieve production targets. • Adjust operations based on road, weather, and site conditions. • Maintain safety awareness and adhere to company safety standards. • Participate in a 401(k) retirement plan with automatic company contributions and matching.
