About the Role

• Supervise first‑shift care staff and maintain appropriate staffing levels • Administer and document medications according to physician orders • Provide direct resident care and oversee nursing assistants • Conduct assessments and develop resident care plans • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations • Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming • Respond to resident emergency call system

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part‑Time Med Tech to join our team at Spring Arbor of Greenville, NC. In this leadership role you will oversee resident care staff, ensure the highest quality of care for our residents, and maintain compliance with state regulations. This position is ideal for a compassionate professional who is passionate about senior care, skilled in medication administration, and committed to excellence in resident well‑being. • Communicate with physicians, families, and healthcare professionals • Hold a Medication Technician certification and CNA credential • Minimum age 21 with high school diploma or equivalent • Demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • CPR and First Aid certified • Prior supervisory or management experience in healthcare preferred
