About the Role

The Transport Executive (Work Dynamics) role focuses on ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment, planning and executing meetings and client visits, and overseeing mailroom, front office and housekeeping functions. You will manage site operations, cab deployments, vehicle hygiene, routing, statutory documentation, safety briefings, customer interaction, data management, vendor coordination, consumable stock, client and leadership visits, training, audit management, and safety & security protocols. Key responsibilities include monitoring daily vehicle checklists, maintaining hygiene protocols and PPE, tracking the Movinsync tool 24/7, optimizing routes to reduce distance, collating statutory documents, preparing business reports, storing and restoring data, ensuring vendor supervisors are present for night operations, managing risk and audit programs, maintaining consumable stock levels, coordinating travel plans with landlords and security, completing mandatory training, and preserving documentation for audits. Safety & Security duties cover daily escort security service confirmation, contingent worker profile updates, cab health checks, escort guard background checks, incident site visits and reporting, driver termination for offenses, and induction of escort guards and drivers. Costing responsibilities involve route optimization, daily trip sheet audits, timely MIS reporting, bill submission with approvals, proper route execution, supporting transactions, cab utilization optimization, and quarterly collection of vendor No‑Due, debit or credit notes. Risk assessment tasks include disaster recovery and business continuity planning, escalation procedures, monthly accruals to finance, calculating and presenting cost per FTE, monitoring cost fluctuations, closing MIS and invoice processes on schedule, and reviewing budgets before each quarter. • Amend daily escort security service confirmations for each trip. • Update contingent worker profiles as HR Workforce Administrator. • Conduct daily cab health checks and escort guard background verifications. • Visit incident sites and complete detailed accident reports. • Terminate drivers involved in offenses and manage induction based on background checks. • Optimize cab routes to improve employee satisfaction and reduce distance. • Perform daily trip sheet audits and submit MIS reports on time. • Submit transport department bills with required approvals promptly. • Ensure proper execution of routes and support all transactions with evidence. • Analyze cab utilization trends to maximize usage and reduce costs. • Collect quarterly vendor No‑Due, debit, or credit notes. • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans. • Maintain escalation procedures for incidents and problem reporting. • Send monthly accruals to the finance SPOC. • Calculate and present cost per FTE for transport users. • Identify and justify any monthly cost spikes or reductions. • Close MIS and invoice processes within target dates. • Review and submit quarterly budgets ahead of schedule.
