Operate equipment & forklift to produce pressure‑treated lumber; ensure quality and safety.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Follow all company rules, health & safety policies, SOPs, and wear required PPE. • Complete and maintain forklift certification through electronic and hands‑on training. • Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to daily production schedules. • Ensure product quality by labeling, strapping, tagging, bagging, inspecting, and downsizing composites. • Complete forms legibly, maintain good housekeeping, and work cooperatively to meet production targets. • Report any health & safety issues immediately. • Stand for up to 7 hours, perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail, and lift up to 50 lb.

The Production Operator works on both indoor and outdoor equipment to manufacture pressure-treated lumber and safely operate forklifts. The position starts on the day shift for training and transitions to the afternoon shift after completion. It is a unionized role with an initial wage of $25.13 per hour, increasing to $26.13 after the probationary period.
