Managing project‑based hiring across the U.S. and Canada, you will help ensure the firm has the talent required to support critical projects, meet client commitments, and advance global growth. As a strategic recruiting partner you will support technical hiring needs in areas such as environmental planning, EHS compliance, site investigation, remediation and air quality. You will strengthen ERM’s talent pipeline, guide hiring partners through best‑in‑class recruitment practices, and champion a thoughtful, high‑touch candidate experience. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence decisions, drive process excellence, and serve as a brand ambassador for one of the world’s leading sustainability consultancies. Key responsibilities include managing full‑life‑cycle recruiting for project‑term roles across U.S. and Canadian offices and ensuring alignment with ERM’s culture and business goals. You will source, attract and engage top consulting talent using diverse channels, deliver a high‑touch experience from application to offer, and partner with hiring managers to implement tailored hiring strategies. Advanced sourcing techniques will be applied to build proactive pipelines, while coordination with recruiting colleagues will enable talent sharing across teams. Clear communication with stakeholders throughout the interview process and rigorous documentation in ERM’s eRecruitment/ATS systems are required, as is adherence to internal policies and employment legislation. • Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for project‑term roles across the U.S. and Canada. • Source and engage top consulting talent in environmental planning, EHS, remediation, air quality and related technical areas using Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Provide a high‑touch candidate experience from application through offer, including screening, reference checks, salary recommendations and closing. • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and build proactive talent pipelines. • Coordinate with recruiting colleagues to share talent and ensure timely interview communications. • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in ERM’s ATS (Workday, GEM) and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation. • Serve as a brand ambassador for ERM, promoting the company’s sustainability mission in all interactions.

The Talent Acquisition Advisor role joins the North America Recruiting Flexforce Team, based in Houston, TX (remote), and sits at the core of a company with 60+ offices worldwide. You will partner with technical leaders to influence hiring strategies and bring top‑tier environmental and sustainability talent into a mission‑driven organization. The role requires a minimum of three years of high‑volume recruiting experience in staffing or corporate settings, with proven success in specialist and niche hiring for technical or consulting fields. Strong knowledge of modern recruiting practices, market trends, and advanced sourcing techniques—including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter—is essential. Experience with social media, ATS/CRM platforms such as Workday or GEM, KPI reporting, and excellent organization and communication skills are also required. A BA/BS degree in a relevant field is preferred. • Require at least 3 years of high‑volume recruiting experience with proven specialist/niche hiring success. • Demonstrate advanced sourcing skills, social media recruiting expertise and KPI reporting capabilities. • Exhibit strong organization, communication, professional judgment; BA/BS degree preferred.
