About the Role

As Engineer of Record, the Supervising Electrical Engineer will lead coordination meetings, guide the engineering team in system design, and oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and staff management. The role also involves managing client and contractor communications and ensuring project deliverables meet firm standards. • Act as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects. • Lead and supervise coordination meetings. • Assign and oversee system design and project engineering tasks. • Provide periodic employee evaluations and mentorship. • Establish project design standards, specifications, and criteria. • Manage construction administration (field reports, RFIs, bulletins, addenda). • Coordinate monthly invoicing and monitor accounts receivable. • Oversee correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners. • Participate in firmwide Expert Teams committee and budgeting/scheduling activities. • Prepare proposals and administer project contracts and service agreements. • Supervise preparation of analysis and reports on system options and building conditions.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a current PE license, possess healthcare design experience, and have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. The position requires at least 12 years of consulting MEP experience, including three years of supervisory responsibility, and strong hands‑on design skills with CAD/Revit.
