About the Role
The Sales Executive role will represent LoopNet’s sophisticated digital advertising solutions, partnering with owners and brokers to craft comprehensive marketing strategies that showcase property portfolios online. Success depends on building long‑lasting, service‑focused relationships, advising on product reach and ROI, and leveraging CoStar’s industry expertise to prospect, demonstrate products and grow a client portfolio. • Build consultative relationships to drive advertising revenue and act as a trusted advisor on clients’ strategic marketing plans. • Prospect new clients using CoStar’s property data to generate sales and close new business. • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar colleagues to achieve revenue targets. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate and market trends within your territory. • Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, market insights and solution recommendations. • Conduct in‑person meetings and travel as needed to strengthen client relationships.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least four years of B2B sales experience, two years in commercial real estate, a bachelor’s degree and a clean driver’s license. A proven record of exceeding quotas, strong customer focus and the ability to travel independently are also required. • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience. • At least 2 years of commercial real‑estate experience. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a customer‑experience focus. • Valid driver’s license and successful driving record check. • Experience building long‑term relationships with senior or C‑suite stakeholders. • Ability to analyze data, create reports and make strategic recommendations. • Self‑starter who can work both independently and within a team.
