About the Role

The CAD Operator will design and produce sets of plans, implement and manage AutoCAD drafting standards, and develop technical drawings using CAD software. They will perform quality checks on complex drawings, conduct calculations, maintain the drawing database, and may supervise and train CAD staff while coordinating work to meet schedules and ensure quality control. • Design and produce plans for commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential land development projects. • Implement and manage AutoCAD drafting and plan preparation standards. • Develop technical drawings and plans using CAD software. • Perform quality checks on complex drawings and conduct multifaceted calculations. • Maintain the drawing database and supervise or train CAD staff as needed. • Coordinate work activities to meet schedules and ensure quality control.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred) and at least three years of relevant experience.
