About the Role
Our plumbers will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment on an active construction site, ensuring that work is done in accordance with relevant codes. Work involves the technical application of mechanical principles. This is performed using appropriate equipment and implementing required safety practices in support of RQC's mission, vision, and values. • Fabricate and install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment on active construction sites. • Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and safety standards. • Apply mechanical principles using appropriate equipment. • Perform work on a military base under Davis‑Bacon prevailing wage rates. • Maintain required safety practices supporting RQC’s mission and values. • Provide identity verification, U.S. work authorization, and pass drug screening and background checks, including DoD clearance.

What You Bring
Requirements: A high school diploma or G.E.D. is the minimum education. Four or more years of field or trade experience as a journey‑level plumber in a commercial or facilities operations setting is required; government, military, or large commercial construction experience is preferred. All candidates must provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization at hire, pass a drug screening, and undergo a commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check for access to the military base. • Minimum education: high school diploma or G.E.D. • At least 4 years of journey‑level plumbing experience in commercial or facilities settings; government or military experience preferred.

Position Summary: We are looking to hire skilled plumbers to join our Mechanical team for ongoing work in Pensacola, FL and the surrounding area. All work is performed on the military base and is paid the required Davis‑Bacon prevailing wage specific to the base. Pay Range: $19.76 – $42.00 per hour DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with match, and one week of vacation and sick time. • Receive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and one week of vacation/sick time. • Pay range $19.76–$42.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
