About the Role

As the in‑charge of HR & Administration you will handle project management, general administration, vendor compliance, annual returns, facilities, transportation, employee engagement and HR compliance. Responsibilities also include liaison with labor officials, health‑safety‑environment, security & vigilance, time‑and‑attendance, and vendor escalation matrices. You will manage recruitment, corporate travel bookings, procurement of AMCs for security, housekeeping and courier services, and prepare yearly budgets for these functions. Core HR duties cover the full employee lifecycle—from issuing offers and managing salary accounts to biometric attendance across all PAN‑India branches. You will act as the single point of contact for insurance, probation confirmation, contractual changes, internal training, employee communications, and smooth exit formalities. Additional tasks involve security operations, fire training, CCTV monitoring, factory compliance, payroll compliance, vendor audits, legal queries on PF/ESIC/PT, and preparation of MIS and compliance calendars. • Lead HR and administration functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee exits. • Manage vendor compliance, procurement, and annual budgeting for security, housekeeping, and travel. • Oversee health, safety, security, and fire training programs across all sites. • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT) and handle vendor audits and legal queries. • Coordinate employee engagement, internal communications, and training initiatives. • Maintain accurate HR data, biometric attendance, and salary processing across PAN India. • Liaise with government authorities, labor officials, and police for compliance and security matters. • Prepare MIS reports, compliance calendars, and monitor statutory remittances. • Work on-site in Bengaluru with a 48‑hour weekly schedule.
