About the Role
As a Technical Executive Account Management professional, you will keep the company up to date on operating and utilities costs and monitor invoices for technical services. You will also ensure contractors follow manufacturer recommendations and preventive maintenance standards while overseeing the repair and upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and related equipment. Leadership is critical to smooth day‑to‑day operations; you will supervise electricians, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and serve as the main point of contact for all maintenance services. In addition, you will conduct routine inspections, inventory checks, and documentation, and produce daily and weekly summary reports on maintenance activities. • Monitor operating and utilities costs and review technical service invoices. • Ensure contractor maintenance aligns with manufacturer recommendations and preventive standards. • Oversee repair and upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and related equipment. • Conduct routine inspections, inventory checks, and documentation of building systems. • Supervise electricians and coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and vendors. • Generate daily and weekly summary reports on maintenance activities.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a degree and has at least three years of experience in building technical operations, with strong knowledge of policies, building maintenance, and people management.
