What You Bring

Following the continued growth of our Real Estate business in Ireland, we are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead complex commercial, occupier, hospitality and retail projects in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a proven record of delivering major developments in the commercial, hospitality or mixed‑use sectors, preferably with hands‑on experience in the Dublin market. As Project Director, you will be fee‑earning on key projects from the earliest stages, provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensure high‑quality delivery and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. You will also play an active role in business development, identifying new opportunities, strengthening client ties and expanding our project portfolio in Dublin. The role requires at least 10 years of experience managing large‑scale commercial and real‑estate projects and a strong understanding of the Irish construction market. Candidates should possess an established network within the Irish real‑estate and construction sector and a demonstrated track record of leading major projects or programmes. Experience with various procurement routes and contract forms, as well as proven leadership and team‑management skills, is essential. A degree in construction, engineering, architecture or a related discipline is required, and professional memberships such as RICS, CIOB, PMI or APM are desirable. • Apply at least ten years of experience in large‑scale commercial and real‑estate project management. • Hold a relevant degree and, where possible, professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB, PMI, APM).
