About the Role

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and guests to ensure satisfaction. • Prepare each guest room according to established standards. • Report any damage, deficits, or disturbances to supervisors. • Address reasonable complaints and requests professionally and patiently. • Maintain housekeeping equipment and tools in good condition. • Keep inventory of housekeeping tools and supplies.
