About the Role

In this role, you will manage a truck‑based service business, driving labor and material revenue, gross margin and service asset performance. You’ll lead the Service Team, ensure productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction, and oversee staffing, forecasting, and safety compliance. • Manage truck‑based service operations, growing labor and material revenue and gross margin • Deploy and maintain standardized tools, systems and support for the Service Team • Set and monitor team growth and profitability goals • Lead Service Team to ensure productivity, consistency and quality • Resolve warranty issues and maintain customer relationships • Assist with monthly forecasting, overhead account management, and staffing levels • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain team staff; conduct performance reviews • Approve timesheets and ensure completion of pre‑job checklists, daily debriefs and near‑miss reporting • Oversee bookings, accounts payable and receivable • Identify and pursue additional work opportunities through change orders • Build long‑term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants and subcontractors

What You Bring

Successful candidates are effective communicators, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks with persistence. A college degree or equivalent and at least ten years of HVAC experience are required, with supervisory and project coordination experience preferred. • College degree or equivalent education/experience • Minimum 10 years HVAC field experience • 5 years supervisory experience and 1‑2 years site coordination/project management • 5 years field experience with HVAC or building controls, including digital controls knowledge • Proficiency with service management software and financial accounting systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills • Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
