About the Role

The Accounts Payable Specialist ensures accurate, timely, and disciplined processing of all accounts payable activities, protecting cash flow, maintaining vendor trust, and supporting the operational teams that build Creature’s projects. • Process and code vendor invoices daily, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper job cost allocation in Sage. • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor AP inquiries, resolve discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely, accurate payments. • Manage credit card reconciliations and support weekly check runs, maintaining audit‑ready documentation. • Support the Financial Controller with ad‑hoc requests, reporting, and process improvements; act as the primary backup for payroll processing. • Stay organized and disciplined, managing multiple priorities without losing accuracy. • Work collaboratively while supporting finance and operations teams independently.
