About the Role

The Assistant Facilities Manager for GE Healthcare will support the Site and Facility Manager in overseeing maintenance, operations, vendor oversight, and soft services across multiple on‑site locations. Responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, leading cross‑functional teams, managing work orders, and complying with health, safety, and risk policies while assisting with budgeting and financial reporting. • Maintain client satisfaction by delivering high‑quality facility management services. • Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with internal contractors and technical staff. • Oversee vendors for janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and critical systems. • Support soft services such as conference services, copy centers, waste, food, parking, vending, and badging. • Conduct routine facility walkthroughs, document findings, and generate corrective work orders. • Manage work order processes for in‑house staff and external vendors. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and risk management policies. • Assist in implementing short‑ and long‑term facility projects for the client. • Develop and maintain client relationships to meet or exceed service level agreements. • Achieve financial targets and key performance indicators, assisting with budgeting and forecasting. • Process purchase orders, receive monthly contracts, and expedite vendor invoice approvals.
