About the Role
As a Monitoring Center Agent you will be at the core of operations, responding to alarm signals, monitoring video feeds and coordinating with emergency services. What You Bring
We seek calm, focused individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be willing to work rotating days, evenings, nights and weekends. Preferred experience includes call‑center or security work, strong communication and typing skills (25+ WPM), comfort with computers and multitasking, and the ability to stay composed during emergencies. • Respond quickly and accurately to alarm signals and phone calls • Work with a team that values precision and calm under pressure • High school diploma or GED • Willingness to work days, evenings, or nights (rotating weekends) • Call center or security experience • Strong communication and typing skills (25+ WPM) • Comfortable with computers and multitasking • Able to stay composed in potential emergency situations
