About the Role

As a Monitoring Center Agent you will be at the core of operations, responding to alarm signals, monitoring video feeds and coordinating with emergency services. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow established procedures, and help ensure safety and peace of mind for our clients. • Monitor security systems and video surveillance • Dispatch emergency services when needed • Document activity and follow standard procedures • Support customers and technicians with professionalism

What You Bring

We seek calm, focused individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be willing to work rotating days, evenings, nights and weekends.
