About the Role
The Senior Analyst – Financial Management role serves as a subject‑matter expert in lease administration, delivering accurate data abstraction and outstanding customer service within a small, proactive core team. Key responsibilities include managing document workflows, collaborating with other lease administration teams, abstracting critical lease information into portfolio databases, verifying data accuracy, and maintaining master control logs while supporting internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with policies. • Obtain lease documentation by liaising with internal parties. • Manage document workflow to meet team deadlines. • Coordinate with other Lease Administration teams and escalate issues as needed. • Abstract critical information from leases and contracts. • Transfer abstracted data into lease and portfolio databases. • Cross‑check and verify abstracts and system data. • Review system reports for accuracy and completeness. • Perform lease document matching and completeness review. • Record lease information in the Master Document Control Log. • Resolve document‑abstraction queries with internal stakeholders. • Review landlord invoices for lease compliance. • Prepare area, cost‑schedule, and variance reports for validation projects. • Maintain processes to comply with internal and external policies. • Assist in preparing and circulating database reports. • Generate monthly standard and ad‑hoc reports per schedule. • Record received documentation accurately. • Identify data gaps, queries, and missing information. • Collaborate with Compliance Team to remediate audit anomalies. • Execute required compliance activities. • Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround‑time KPIs. • Achieve reporting KPIs for database reports. • Deliver excellent service to internal stakeholders. • Prioritize work under tight operational deadlines. • Provide client‑focused solutions and strategies.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent written and spoken English, high attention to detail, and solid organizational and interpersonal abilities, backed by 3‑4 years of relevant corporate experience; a graduate degree—preferably in law, English, or political science—and knowledge of real estate leases are advantageous.
