About the Role
Key responsibilities include handling faucet parts without causing damage, using high‑speed buffing wheels, inspecting parts, racking and un‑racking components, collecting production data, pulling prints to verify specifications, and troubleshooting issues with limited supervision. The employee must also follow safety procedures, complete hazard observations, maintain 5S housekeeping standards, accept or reject parts to DS‑500 specifications, and perform ergonomic stretches. • Operate hand‑jack wheels to buff, texture, and polish faucet components per standard work. • Handle faucet parts carefully to avoid damage and inspect for quality. • Rack and un‑rack parts, collect production data, and pull prints for verification. • Troubleshoot and solve problems with limited supervision. • Follow safety protocols, complete hazard observations, and maintain 5S workplace standards. • Accept or reject parts according to DS‑500 specifications and perform ergonomic stretches. • Maintain acceptable disciplinary and attendance records for promotion eligibility.

What You Bring
A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended; manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should possess knowledge of safety practices, product quality, and productivity, as well as critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Strong language skills to read technical documents, basic math proficiency for measurements, and reasoning ability to follow written or oral instructions are essential. Acceptable disciplinary and attendance records are required for promotion eligibility. The job demands regular standing, walking, hand use, and reaching, with occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, and lifting of up to 40 pounds. Workers may be exposed to moving equipment, fumes, and moderate noise levels. Benefits
