About the Role

The Front Desk Clerk ensures every interaction with owners and guests is positive and memorable, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest requests. The clerk also manages reservations, invoices, safety deposit boxes, work orders, and provides information on local attractions and resort amenities. • Ensure positive, memorable interactions with owners and guests during check‑in/check‑out and respond to their requests. • Input and update information in the computerized reservations system. • Access reservation system to verify unit availability and assist guests with reservations or changes. • Generate invoices and collect payments for rentals and merchandise sales. • Maintain safety deposit boxes. • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests and coordinate with appropriate departments. • Prepare and restock the front desk, including assembling arrival packets. • Provide information on area attractions and resort amenities. • Type correspondence and reports for management as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates should have proficient English communication skills, a courteous professional attitude, flexibility to adapt to schedule changes, and the ability to multi‑task and prioritize. Minimum requirements include at least six months of customer service experience; experience in front desk, cash transactions, or resort hospitality is a plus. • Proficient English language and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. • Courteous, professional attitude when handling upset guests and difficult situations. • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice. • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet organizational deadlines. • Minimum six months of customer service experience. • Preferred experience: front desk/guest services, cash/credit card transactions, resort hospitality or related industry.
