About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties you will work in a 367‑unit apartment community, troubleshooting HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues, maintaining interior and exterior areas to company standards and compliance, and responding promptly to service tickets while communicating professionally with residents and staff. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing service issues. • Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and regulations. • Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets. • Communicate repairs and updates clearly with residents and office staff.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, live within a 30‑minute commute, preferably have HVAC/EPA/CFC certification, and bring at least one year of related experience or an equivalent education mix. • Must be available for emergency events. • Active, valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. • Live within 30‑minute commute to property. • HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred. • Minimum one year of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
